New Beginnings of Tampa was developed from the outreach program of New Life Ministries. Dr. Tom Atchison had been feeding and counseling the poor and disadvantaged in Tampa for many years. Ginny always had a heart for those suffering with addiction and homelessness and she wanted to find a way to offer love and hope.

Ray Morganti is the Sr. Vice President of Associate Experience and Chairperson of the Stewardship Committee at Kforce and currently serves on the Advisory Board of University of South Florida's Muma College of Business, the Board of Directors of Tampa Bay Tech. As the Chairperson of the Stewardship Committee at Kforce, was instrumental in philanthropy work throughout Tampa Bay.
Daniel Bernard, Founder and President of Somebody Cares Tampa Bay, believes it is God's desire that the residents of Tampa Bay see a demonstration, not merely a presentation, of God's love for them. As churches, ministries, and businesses work in unity to bring the necessities of life to the underprivileged, the love of God is expressed.

Dr. Jeff Holley is the Director of Mission Tampa. Dr. Holley began Mission Smiles, a mobile dental clinic that is designed to provide emergency dental care to those who fall below 150% of the federal poverty line. The clinic performs extractions, fillings, and cleanings. Dr. Holley also founded Mission in a Bag, a program that feeds underprivileged children on the weekends during the school year.
Ian Donnell, USMC Veteran, oversees the every day operations of the shelter, preparing financials, and reporting responsibilities.
Andy Reyes, Army Veteran, helps Homeless Veterans navigate through the many obstacles preventing them from permanent housing.
David Ruffulo, Army Veteran, helps our Homeless Veterans find the necessary resources to live independently in their new home.
Nate, Navy Veteran, is responsible for all aspects regarding volunteers and fundraising.
